About this position

Maintain the grounds of North Memorial Health Care campuses, including trash removal, shrub and grass maintenance, and snow and ice removal. Maintain Yard equipment and irrigation system. Transport or move miscellaneous items using Yard vehicles as needed.

 

Requirements

Education

• High school graduate or equivalent required (GED).
• Must be eligible for the Department of Transportation (DOT) Health Card   

Experience

• Experience required with commercial grounds maintenance: lawn, shrub, plant care.
• Experience required with commercial snow removal equipment: skid loader, truck with plow attachment and snow blower.
• Must have good judgment and integrity.
• Must demonstrate interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work as a team member and also have the ability to work independently.  

Licensure/Certification

Valid Class "D" driver's license in state of residency with an acceptable driving record - NMHC Standard
