As a Yield Enhancement Engineer of Micron Technology, you will be responsible to define and communicate the issues in processing and designing which should be completed under the situation of limited wafer yield with a fast turnaround and accurate way. Through daily analysis of inline/param/probe/experiments data, achieve the best in class yield ramp as well as quality improvement.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Yield monitoring.

Improve the defect and enhance the yield.

lectrical analysis of product.

Analyze the physical properties of materials & structural section of abnormal product.

As a Failure Analysis Engineer of Micron Technology, you will provide hands-on FA support, lead all aspects of tool maintenance and calibration activities on lab equipment as well as FA projects involvement.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Performing FA on Micron products while partnering with manufacturing/ development team for establishing the hypothesis and root cause identification.

Analyze failure reports and provide corrective actions

Develop new FA methods, BKMs, procedures, processes and tool that will help improve FA process

Mentor and assist technician in verification of FAFI as well as upskill theirs solving knowledge

Responsible for lab equipment upkeep and performance
