CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers. The Yield Manager will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Media Planning, Product, and Optimization & Performance on pricing matters and reporting. The ideal candidate will be process driven, detail oriented, and thrive in a start-up environment. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: + Collaborate with cross functional groups including Revenue Operations, Product, and Sales to identify pricing and revenue opportunities. + Review, analyze, and approve pricing exceptions, added value, and make good requests. + Analyze seller behavior to identify trends and optimize pricing. + Support joint business planning through strategic pricing and yield initiatives. + Own and update the Product Catalogwithin our order management system. + Support GTM process. Partner with leaders in Product, Media Planning, Sales, Revenue Operations and Marketing to roll-out new products and features. **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years' experience in Media/Advertising + 2+ years' experience as a Yield Management/Operations Leader in Media or Advertising related industries. + 2+ years of quantitative or data science working experience. + 2+ years of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. + Fluency in the language of digital media and online measurement: CPM, CTR, VCPM, STR, Fill rates, unique users, page views, visits. The candidate must be commutable to one of our corporate offices and be willing to work a hybrid schedule. Hybrid model with 3 onsite days/week at one of these locations: Blue Bell, PA Boston, MA Chicago, IL New York Soho area, NY Wellesley, MA Woonsocket, RI **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Media Planning and Campaign Performance + Retail media or publishing experience. + Ability to draw actionable insights from large and complex datasets. + Excellent written and presentation skills with ability to express complex technical topics clearly & easily. + Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines. **Education** Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
