1. Facilitate, coordinate, and monitor the academic tutoring program.
2. Facilitate, coordinate, and monitor the evening academic programming for students.
3. Develops and delivers integrated, learning content in multiple modalities to include
4. computer assisted, small group, large group, and individual ensuring that provides for various kinds of learners (auditory, kinesthetic, etc.). Curriculum and learning activities will be rigorous and relevant.
5. Promotes an active learning environment that is a positive and desirable atmosphere within the classroom setting to ensure maximum learning.
6. Utilizes the CIS system to tailor classroom instruction, identify resources and establish and monitor student learning benchmarks.
7. Follows accountability procedures and counsels’ students regarding the importance of class attendance.
8. Strives to achieve Center and departmental goals, and helps the Center meet targeted standards in terms of Performance Measurement Standards.
9. Conducts class in compliance with Policy and Requirements Handbook, Corporate
10. Standard Operating Procedures, Center Operating Procedures, and MI-PATH.
