This role involves leading engaging and restorative yoga classes for our guests, with the potential to also guided meditative hiking sessions on our scenic trails. Conduct yoga classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. Create a serene and supportive atmosphere for guests to enhance their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Plan and lead meditative hiking sessions, combining mindfulness practices with gentle physical activity in nature. Ensure the safety and comfort of all participants during both yoga classes and hikes. Provide personalized guidance and modifications to accommodate individual needs and abilities. Foster a sense of community and connection among participants.
