What will you do:
Rotate through different departments including Production Finance, Manufacturing Services, and Engineering, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as costing, budget control, procurement, project planning, and more Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects aimed at optimizing processes and driving operational excellence within the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CI initiatives and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) improvements Participate in factory orientations and training sessions to gain a deep understanding of our operations and standard
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proven leadership experience or potential demonstrated through academic, extracurricular, or professional activities Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
