35 Hour work week Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $37, 856.35 Benefits: + PTO – vacation (16-24 days a year based on longevity). This includes visits at mutually agree upon locations (including the home) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: + Experience working with youth and/or individuals with disabilities, either professionally or personally. + Strong advocacy, networking, and organizational skills. + Knowledge of community-based services. + Excellent customer service skills. + Computer skills, including outlook and Microsoft programs. Education: + An Associates Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. + Experience may be considered in lieu of higher education.
