**Job Summary**
This is an administrative role with Youth Education’s Club U Day Camp and Campus Camps programs. Youth Education customers are parents/guardians of youth participants.
**Responsibilities**
The responsibilities of this role are:
70% Office based admin work – Phone calls, Emails, Paperwork & Printing, Reservations & Scheduling, etc
15% In-person youth & parent engagement – Scheduling Changes, Camper Buddy Requests, etc
15% In-person camp staff engagement – Staff Trainings, Paperwork Distribution, etc
**Minimum Qualifications**
High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
**Preferences**
Experience working with families and/or youth ages 5-14.
Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
At least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver’s license
