Youth Programs Aide

OVERVIEW: 

The Youth Program Aide is responsible for carrying out tasks related to the programs of the Community Center and assist with various duties as assigned by the Coordinator and/or Director.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and coordinate youth activities and events throughout the year Work with the local schools and service clubs to promote programs Responsible for working with volunteers and youth to provide a positive experience for all Adhere to and implement Safe from Harm Other related duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience working with youth

 SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Team player Organizational skills Ability to multi-task

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (Usually file boxes)
