Responsibilities:
– Be a beacon of hope and positivity for emotionally disturbed youth in our residential program.
– Create meaningful connections and foster a sense of belonging and empowerment.
– Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Requirements:
– Bring your passion and enthusiasm for making a difference.
– Previous experience working with youth or similar populations.
– A heart full of empathy and a commitment to promoting growth and healing.
– At least 21 years of age
Exciting Shift Options:
– AM Shift: Rise and shine with us from 6:30am – 2:30pm (Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday – Saturday).
– PM Shift: Keep the positivity going from 2:00pm – 11:00pm (Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday – Saturday).
– Weekend Warriors Wanted: Weekend shifts available for those who are ready to make a difference every Saturday and Sunday!
