Job Summary: Responsibilities: We are seeking a Youth Soccer Coach to join the Exos team. As a Youth Soccer Coach you will: + Plan, prepare and execute an organized and engaging weekly set of lessons, drills, and games + Plan and conduct activities that promote participant self-esteem and encourage participant success. + Provide opportunities for each participant to meet established goals + Set a good example for participants and others including, punctuality, dress, language, and behavior + Plan for the safety of all participants. + Work independently, with the support of the Recreation Manager to meet established + Other duties as assigned by the Recreation Manager. The Ideal Candidate will have: + Minimum of 1-year experience coaching/teaching children in the particular sport + Highly qualified motivator and communicator + Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications + Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent + Must have prior experience working with children.
