Key Deliverables
• Develop, plan, implement and manage all sales & distribution activities to ensure revenue & sales objectives  for the Zone • Drive Gross additions, Quality sales metrics, Base management & compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions • Manage the portfolio of higher denomination recharges and other products like Airtel Money, Airtel TV etc. • Review distribution health & take necessary actions to drive width & depth of distribution • Provide regular assessment, devise & implement activities  to upgrade sales competence in the zone and mentor the Sales team • Drive cross-functional teams through planning, tracking and reviews to ensure Revenue Earning Customers and Net Revenue for the zone  • Coordinate and plan with the network team to ensure seamless network connectivity for the customers

• An good understanding of sales channels  • Ability to collaborate and work with large teams • Ability to ensure excellence in execution  • Consultation, facilitation and selling skills • Enterprising and Entrepreneurial skills   • Teamwork and collaboration Educational Qualifications
• PGDBM/MBA
Work Experience
• 8 - 10 years of work experience - 5 years in Telco Sales / FMCG or related industry • Team Managerial experience and must have led a sales/ marketing/ product group
