Responsibilities\:

Lead the architecture, design, and integration efforts of Cybersecurity solutions and activities to protect federal IT systems and networks. Coordinate with a dynamic team to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan. Research and maintain currency in emerging technologies disrupt the status quo, and lead efforts to enact transformative change. Lead the team through a critical approach to network design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions, to maintain a balance of security and mission needs.  Collaborate with project and proposal teams to incorporate Cybersecurity solutions and develop high-quality implementation plans and roadmaps. Empower change by helping customers overcome their most difficult challenges by leading Cybersecurity technologies and domains.

* Must have active TS/SCI clearance. 10 years of experience with IT operations or Cybersecurity. 10 years of experience with leading technical project delivery for large, complex organizations. Information Security Certification, including CEH, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, CISSP, or CompTIA Security . DoD 8570 IASAE Level III Certification, including CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, or CCSP. Experience architecting Zero Trust solutions, capability road maps, and activities in accordance with industry standards, including NIST 800-207, and DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture. Ability to coordinate with contemporaries, senior decision makers, and customers/sponsor agency to coordinate, develop, and execute on plans and designs. Critical thinking skills and the ability to remain flexible in a dynamic environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  Bachelor's Degree in IT related field.

Preferred\:

Master's Degree in IT related field  CCIE-Security, CCIE-Enterprise Infrastructure, CCIE-Data Center, or CCIE-Collaboration PMP ITIL 4 Foundation Certification MCE Cybersecurity Architect Expert Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) * Must have active TS/SCI clearance. 10 years of experience with IT operations or Cybersecurity. 10 years of experience with leading technical project delivery for large, complex organizations.
