Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

 

Influencing the sales organization (ZBM, ZSM, TM, FSE) to deliver all Airtel Payments Bank  KPIs for the zone Look after channel wealth (partner profitability) Increase Market share in the zone  Monitor the ROI and take measures to increase the ROI Onboarding of new Partners and Branding Expansion of airtel money outlets, attracting and retaining the right kind of outlets New Product training and Business development  Analysis / identify business opportunity (partner search, training, branding) Quality and productivity of Airtel Money outlets GTM and sales of all banking products Drive and increase Throughput in zones – money transfers (P2P, P2B) Bank’s   Revenues, finding synergies with mobility, telemedia and DTH benefiting both mobility and AIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK   from differentiated airtel money offering

Challenges:

Output is dependent on coordinating with ZBM, ZSMs, TMs in the circles to drive outlet on-boarding / productivity, on-boarding customers, circle AIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK   merchant SPOC for merchant programs etc Manage internal and external Stake holders effectively.

 

Decision level Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management

 

Merchant, retailer appointments, target allocation within zone Appointment, management of promoters as needed

 

Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis

 

Operational decisions to achieve any of the deliverables to be reached jointly with functional counterparts in circle team  Contributory:  Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others Suggest changes and improvements   to processes and market information

 


 

Demonstrate (Key competencies) Influencing Skills Good Oral and Written communication skills Strong inter-personal and team working ability (since this requires strong cross-functional working fostered by this individual) Focused and Result-orientation (to prioritize the zonal energy on few key results) Demonstrates strong independent ownership of targets (despite influence nature of role) Knowledge about banking transactions and procedures. Ability to work in a startup based and dynamic work environment Good Market Intelligence and knowledge of banking products.
