Summary Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission
basis by performing the following duties.\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
\u2022 Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
\u2022 Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
\u2022 Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
\u2022 Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
\u2022 Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
\u2022 Assists in the process of shipment\/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a
timely manner.
\u2022 Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications
\u2022 Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
\u2022 Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
\u2022 Previous sales experience in manufactured\/modular housing desired
\u2022 Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time\n
\n
