Zone Sales Manager

The Zone Sales Manager is responsible for leading a regional sales organization comprised of Value Added Resellers (VARS) and Manufacturer’s Representatives (Region Dependent) in the attainment of revenue and profitability targets which vary by territory. This person will have primary responsibility for all Network Power customer activity in the territory This home-based position may be located in the following states or near a major airport: Illinois - Chicago Minnesota - Minneapolis Texas - Dallas Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The salary range for this role is: $133,000 - $156,000 per year. In addition, this position will be eligible for a full range medical, dental and vision benefits. **Responsibilities** To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. + Work with Value Added Resellers and Manufacturer’s Representatives to achieve territory sales and profitability targets by strengthening relationships with existing accounts and building relationships with new accounts. Hire, train, guide and motivate each employee to develop “best in class skills” and achieve exceptional performance. + Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at major accounts. Earn credibility within the industry and demonstrate solid knowledge of competitive strategies and consumer trends. + Collaborate with internal resources to develop products, programs and promotions that maximize consumer satisfaction.
