Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the Technical Training operations for JapanManage zonal training centers ensuring EHS requirementsEnsure 100% training demand through International smart sheet and manage approval levels to ensure faster training executionEnsure Japan training compliance>97%Manage Hino training center operations, expand training capabilities for JapanLead International competency development initiatives in JapanEstablish standard work for Trainer qualificationEnsure Lean culture and growth mindset as part of Daily management system--Drive training process simplificationManage Emerge U admin for all Zonal based trainings --Roster, training plan and creditMonitor Smart sheet backlog and registrations for Japan as part of Daily management system

Required Qualifications

For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Training. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 6 years of experience ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
